Tate’s vision is to be the most artistically adventurous and culturally inclusive global art museum. Tate Collective is Tate’s membership scheme for 16–25-year-olds, which currently has over 150,000 members.

In this role you will champion Tate Collective members. Seeing Tate through young people's eyes with your extensive marketing experience you'll position Tate as relevant to young people's lives now by delivering creatively standout and effective campaigns that attract new Tate Collective Members and keep existing Members engaged.

As a natural collaborator using your exceptional negotiation, effective communication skills, and organised approach to work you'll draw teams across all Tate sites together, navigating ambiguity and complexity to deliver projects toward a common goal of making the Tate Collective experience greater than the sum of its parts.

Tate aims to attract and retain talented people from all backgrounds.
We particularly encourage applications from Black, Asian, ethnic minority, and/or disabled applicants as these groups are currently underrepresented in the cultural sector.
