We are looking for an administrator to manage the day-to-day running of the Visitor Communications Department. The Department looks after the public information service, internal communications for front-of-house teams, visitor feedback, and onsite communications at Tate’s London sites.
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of activities, including rotas, budgets, meetings logistics, office management and project coordination. As well as supporting the team, you’ll be able to lead on projects, contribute your ideas and help innovate new approaches
You will have a proactive, flexible approach, excellent interpersonal skills and good experience of developing and managing administration systems in a busy environment.
