Tate’s Visitor Experience Communications Department is looking for an experienced and motivated manager for a fixed term period, to develop digital tools for visitor and front-of-house team communications, and help lead the delivery of a world-class information service at Tate Britain and Tate Modern.
Using your expert knowledge of digital communications, you will review, develop and oversee digital aspects of our information service, including visitor feedback, internal communications and onsite communications. You will collaborate closely with your fellow Information Managers to support the team’s projects, improve their working processes and their digital skills.
With experience of line management in a front-of-house role and excellent interpersonal skills, you’ll also lead a team of Information Assistants to offer a warm and knowledgeable welcome and deliver an exceptional service to visitors and colleagues.
You’ll be proactive and innovative, manage people with ease, have strong communication and organisational skills, be confident working with colleagues as all levels and thrive working both in a team and alone.
This position is offered on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2018
