We have a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in the tourism industry as Senior Sales & Operations Manager at Tate Galleries.

Inspiring and motivating the Membership and Ticketing Services team you will create a customer first culture that delivers market-leading experiences across Tate, drives income and induces loyalty.

The ideal candidate for the role will have a passion for sales and customer experience with a focus on our people and their engagement and development. Be proactive in your approach to customer service and with a positive attitude towards and sales techniques and interactions. Previous experience in similar roles is a plus, but a passion to work in the tourism industry is essential.
