The People team are recruiting for a new and exciting role in the team! As HR Operations Manager you lead a key area of the People Operations team to deliver the day-to-day operations of payroll and recruitment. You will also support the Resourcing Manager Payroll Advisor and HR Officer to ensure that the team are able to deliver against defined SLAs and KPIs.

Extremely organised, passionate and motivating, you will have the ability to be hands on and to lead the team in the key areas of recruitment and payroll. You will have a keen eye for detail and numbers. Stakeholder management is your thing and so you will be passionate about effectively managing relationships internally and externally. The right candidate will demonstrate a solution driven approach to problem solving and will be used to managing a team to get things done and continuously improve ways of working in a busy and varied environment.
