Salary:£26,959 per annum

We are looking for PA support and diary management for the Director of Exhibitions & Displays and Head of Programme Management. The post-holder will act as a first point of contact undertaking full secretarial and administrative support and assistance.

You will provide diary and meetings management such as arranging all regular and ad hoc meetings, accepting and declining invitations, field telephone and email meeting requests.

You will provide all general administration for all ad-hoc tasks related to Research and booking all travel arrangements, make purchases, reconcile monthly credit card statements, compile and process expenses claims. Be responsible for all correspondence, providing acknowledgements, replying to invitations and maintaining filing systems.

You will have proven experience of working in a senior level PA role in a busy office environment as well as having effective interpersonal skills. We will need someone who has good team-working skills and have a flexible and proactive approach to work.
