Are you analytical with the ability to extract data and help shape insights? Do you have specialist knowledge maintaining and developing People based systems?

The People team are recruiting a permanent HR Systems & Data Manager. As HR Systems & Data Manager you will be tasked with developing Tate’s existing HR systems to ensure these are aligned to support a great people experience. You will also lead on the development of People analytics and presentation of data to track and support effective decision-making. Your role in this will include the line management of a HR Systems and Data Administrator.

With experience in acting as a system administrator and SME, you will have in depth knowledge of using and developing key People systems and HCMs. Experience of using ResourceLink is highly advantageous. An excellent communicator, you will also have a methodical approach with the ability to prioritise effectively and work accurately under pressure. Experience with creative problem solving, process mapping and an approach to continuous improvement is also required.
