Are you knowledgeable in recruitment practices and experienced in driving a recruitment strategy? Have you managed apprenticeships and other routes in within an organisational setting?

The People team are recruiting a permanent Resourcing Manager to lead a team of three HR Assistants with a Recruitment focus and deliver on our key talent attraction strategic objectives. As Resourcing Manager, you will work with the team to strengthen our existing recruitment practices and develop related policies, procedures, processes in line with organisational needs. You will also lead on our approach to further diversifying our workforce over the next five years, including our approach to apprenticeships and other routes in. Your role in this will include the line management of three HR Assistants.

With experience in managing resourcing activity and supporting line managers with coordination of recruitment, you will have the ability to partner with the organisation and enhance our approach through a range of interventions. You will have experience of managing an apprenticeship programme across a complex organisation and using a range of communication methods to influence, advise and support recruiting managers and prospective candidates. A solid understanding of diversity & inclusion in the context of recruitment, process mapping and an approach to continuous improvement is also required.
