As part of HR Operations, the Learning and Development team focus on supporting individual and organisational development. We work closely with the wider People Team, line managers and employees to provide ideas, tools and techniques as well as learning programmes to enhance performance and support both personal and professional career development across Tate.

We are looking for a Learning and Development Officer to provide administrative and logistical support to our team. This includes supporting learning and development programmes, dealing with individual employee learning needs, offering support with our internal Learning Management System: Tate Learn, and often being the first point of contact for the Learning and Development team. You will be working in a friendly and dynamic environment where learning takes place informally, even in the smallest interaction.

Previous administrative experience and strong organisational skills will be central to help you manage a varied workload. You will bring a positive, proactive and professional approach to the role, be highly customer focused, and have a keen appetite for learning.
