Tate Eats at Tate Modern are looking for an enthusiastic Staff Canteen Chef de Partie to join our friendly team of chefs.
This position is being offered on a part-time, permanent basis, working a minimum of 25 hours per week
. Our ideal candidate will be reliable, consistent, and able to work flexible hours over a 5-day week including weekends.
About the role:
- you will be required to prepare the food for the staff canteen
- you will manage the service during meal periods
Working with the Staff Canteen Chef Manager & canteen assistants, you will:
- set high standards
- contribute to seasonal menu change
- keep up effective stock & wastage management
- work effectively to current food safety legislation
