The Development Operations team is responsible for: data and financial management; research, due diligence and prospect management; supporter crediting and stewardship; strategy and business planning; team communications and Divisional administration.

This crucial role will facilitate increased fundraising by developing, managing and delivering a high-quality, robust and responsive Research and Prospect Management function informed by data, sector and global socio-economic insights.

Your experience in prospect research will allow your to define and manage a comprehensive, robust and high-performing Research and Prospect Management function. You will lead and manage the Research team to prioritise requests to meet deadlines and ensure the active collection of insights to identify relevant prospects aligned with fundraising priorities. You will ensure the provision of high-quality and accurate supporter and prospect research including robust due diligence in line with Tate’s policies and briefing notes for key meetings.
