Tate is looking for an assistant paper conservator to join the vibrant Paper and Photograph Conservation team, to care for and conserve Tate’s exciting historic, modern and contemporary collection.

Day-to-day, you will be assessing, documenting, and treating works of art on paper, and library and archive material, as well as supporting installations and de-installations, and advocating for conservation. You’ll be supported and guided by the team.

We are looking for someone with a professional qualification in the conservation of works of art on paper, with relevant practical experience, who enjoys being creative, collaborating with colleagues and providing solutions. For this exciting opportunity, effective communication is essential, as well as excellent planning and time management.
