This role is perfect for someone who likes to work with people and communities to design programmes that can support organisational change.

This really is an essential part of our journey to be a more inclusive and representative organisation that is open, bold, rigorous, and kind. The role provides project and programme management that supports initiatives in our people, audience, and programme teams. A key function of the role is to support the vision of enabling Tate’s people to thrive and to shift the workforce to reflect the UK population today more closely.
