We are seeking an experienced and pro-active Administrator to work within the Collection Care Planning and Administration Team. This interesting and varied role will support the diverse range of activity within Collection Care and is integral to the smooth running of the division.

Collection Care brings excellence and innovation to the care of Tate’s historic, contemporary and modern art, archive and library collections. The division facilitates Tate’s programme of acquisitions, exhibitions, displays, loans and international touring.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player with demonstrable experience in providing effective administrative support. The ability to manage a broad range of competing priorities, strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail are also paramount in this role.
