The aim of the Tate is to promote public understanding and enjoyment of British modern and contemporary art. An important part of this customer engagement programme is the Tate Membership and Ticketing department.
Working with Gift Aid bookings and ticket forms, you’ll help to manage this essential income. Providing clerical support and keeping accurate records, you’ll also be responsible for the filing and retrieval systems (both paper and electronic) for all Gift Aid declarations. Your work will have a direct impact on Tate – you’ll respond to customer queries and make sure that the quality of our work is high.
Ideally, you’ll know all about Gift Aid processes. You’ll have experience of administration and scanning systems, as well as strong IT skills. With good numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail, you’ll also know about online sales systems and Direct Debits. You’ll be organised, accurate and have a methodical approach to work.
Interviews will be held on the week commencing 2 March 2020.
This position is offered on a temporary contract of up to 12 months.
