Salary:£23,536 per annum

As part of Advocacy and Events team you will provide administrative support to events, trips and long-term stewardship projects. Working closely with the Advocacy and Events Manager and the wider team, you will play a key role in the success of each project.

You will coordinate all aspects of event administration from invitation to post-event analysis and, with the guidance and support of colleagues, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of some small-scale events at Tate Britain and Tate Modern.

With administrative experience gained in a fast paced environment, you will have a proven track record of handling multiple projects at one time and calmly working under pressure. You will have an excellent eye for detail along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Enjoying working with large amounts of data and complex databases you will not be phased by large-scale administrative projects and able to support the financial management of the team. Your impeccable organisational skills will result in a smooth-running programme that strengthens and broadens Tate’s relationships with individuals and organisations.
