Tate Eat’s aim is to be the market-leading caterer within the arts and to consistently provide outstanding food, drink and service at the four Tate sites and the other sites within our business.
We are looking for 2 experienced barista to join our team in the Kitchen & Bar at Tate Modern
To be a successful candidate you will be a positive team player and have a welcoming personality. You will have experience in a customer facing role. You will be a pro-active character with the ability to work on their own initiative without relying on instruction
You’ll enjoy a busy environment and have a passion to provide outstanding coffees, other drinks and service.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills:
• A proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively converse with a diverse client base
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Flexible and adaptable, performing a large variety of tasks to a high standard and responding to changing business needs. You will be required to be available to work 5 out of 7 days per week including weekends and some evenings.
