You’ll ensure the smooth running of the Audio Visual Services team, delivering excellent care for all our customers.
The aim of Tate is to increase public awareness, understanding and appreciation of British art from the 16th century to the present day, and of international modern and contemporary art.
Our Technology department works at the heart of this endeavour, supporting Tate by providing an exemplary ICT infrastructure and dedicated support service.
Working within this team, you’ll ensure the day to day smooth running of the AV service, dealing with all enquiries swiftly and courteously. This will involve taking calls from both internal and external customers. You’ll build good working relationships with relevant departments, visiting speakers, performers and freelance suppliers and technicians. Prioritising a varied workload with accuracy will be all important and you’ll be a calm, confident presence even when working to tight deadlines. In short, you’ll be an invaluable asset to our team.
