Tate is a family of four galleries: Tate Britain, Tate Modern, Tate Liverpool and Tate St Ives. We also work closely with arts organisations nationally and internationally.

Everything we do supports our core mission: to promote public understanding and enjoyment of British, modern and contemporary art. We do this by facilitating extraordinary experiences through the collection and an inspiring programme of exhibitions and events in and beyond our galleries.

The Management Accountant will be essential in supporting financial management of Tate, providing financial business partnering, management accounting and reporting to managers within the organisation, supporting them in budget-setting and helping them to understand their financial position. The Management Accountant will also provide analysis on an ad hoc basis and external financial reporting to funding partners.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant. They will also have proven communication skills in relaying information to non-finance managers, a high level of attention to detail, and the confidence and flexibility to work in a busy, results-focused team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the leading arts brands in the UK, in a role which gives you good exposure across the business and at a variety of levels.

This position is offered on a temporary contract up to 12 months
