Our Corporate Partnerships team specialises in researching, recruiting and managing a broad portfolio of corporate support for Tate Britain and Tate Modern. As you would expect creativity, innovation and forward thinking infuses every aspect of Tate and we approach corporate fundraising in the same way. As a result, Tate has a long history of generating ground-breaking partnerships and delivering significant return on investment for its corporate supporters.

This crucial role sits within the heart of the Corporate Partnerships team. Acting as the first point of contact for the Corporate Partnerships team, you will coordinate a wide range of projects. Responsible for the financial management of the team budget, you will process all elements of financial activity for the Corporate Partnerships team and ensure exceptional service delivery of multiple Account benefits. You will also provide extensive diary management and administrative support to both the Head of Corporate Development and the Head of Corporate Partnerships.

We are looking for exceptional accuracy and experience of financial data management, ideally acquired in a fast paced environment. You will have a proven track record of handling multiple projects at a time and calmly working under pressure. You will have an excellent eye for detail along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Your impeccable organisational skills will result in smooth-running team support that strengthens and broadens Tate’s relationships with corporate partners. But above all, you’ll be a flexible team member, creative and hardworking, who’s passionate about both people and the arts.
