The perfect home for your impeccable account management skills
Here at Tate, we want to be artistically adventurous and culturally inclusive art museum for the UK and the world. Our Corporate Partnerships Team plays its part by delivering significant income using the full range of Tate’s assets. Among the most established and successful fundraising teams in the UK, they establish creative, multi-strand corporate partnerships with significant contribution to Tate.
Day-to-day, you’ll proactively account manage a portfolio of our corporate partnerships, ensuring strategic growth. You will oversee the internal project management of each partnership. Through liaising regularly with relevant Tate departments, as well as working with and motivating the Corporate Partnerships Officers, you’ll help ensure we create and deliver interesting, cutting edge and competitive opportunities for our corporate partners. You will be responsible for cultivating new prospects and identifying partners with the capacity to be repeat funders. You’ll also work to devise and implement a strategic and innovative approach to securing future business.
As well as significant account management experience – ideally gained in a marketing, PR, charity or arts environment – you should have an innate ability to build an inclusive, respectful and collaborative culture within a team. You should also have excellent organisational and project management skills as well as a flair for juggling a busy workload to meet deadlines. Applying judgement and discretion to complex situations comes naturally to you too. What’s more, you're proficient using a relationship or sales database and, above all, have what it takes to create a vision to bring about change and influence the behaviour of others.
This position is offered on a temporary contract up to 12 months
