We are seeking exceptional candidates for the role of Senior Manager, Sales and Operations. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a dynamic people leader to join our team and lead the development of a customer first culture that delivers market-leading experience, drives income and induces loyalty.
In this role you will lead, inspire and motivate the membership and ticketing services, sales and eCommerce teams at Tate to deliver market leading customer experience across every touch point and grow income generation. You will work with the Head of Sales and eCommerce, alongside a range of diverse colleagues to deliver both business and cultural change and develop successful strategies that align to the delivery of Tate’s new five year vision.
You will have a people first leadership style, with a proven track record of leading fast paced, large operational teams and delivering change. You will be highly organised, with the ability to balance multiple demands from a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You will also have a strong commercial approach with significant experience of driving business growth and creating high performing teams to deliver against business targets. This is balanced with your ability to create inclusive, high performing working environments that enable people to be their best.
