Join us working in our Technology department, where we develop and manage the information systems that support Tate’s vision.

We are currently seeking an AV technician to help deliver the exciting programme of events and installations requiring Audio Visual support at Tate Britain.

As a technician you will support talks, screenings, conferences, performances and installations offering you an excellent opportunity to develop a range of skills through experience in an exciting and varied environment.

Working in the auditoria, galleries and associated spaces around Tate, with a very wide range of Audio Visual technology, this opportunity will be underpinned by training and programmed development.

You will have an enthusiasm for Audio Visual technology in the context of art, as well as some awareness of the museum/gallery sector and the nature of activities held at Tate. With a basic foundation in audio and video, this post will see you working alongside seasoned professionals in the field. Extensive experience is not therefore required, but a basic level of interest involving some level of input into connecting, operating and maintaining technology of any form is desirable.
