Housed in the city’s iconic Albert Dock, Tate Liverpool has a distinctive identity within the Tate organisation. Tate Liverpool is the most visited gallery of modern and contemporary art outside London and plays an integral role in the city of Liverpool and the cultural ecology of the North West.

Tate is seeking a Head of Programme Delivery & Partnerships to work closely with the Director of Tate, Liverpool and the Senior Management Team, to develop and deliver the overall Tate Liverpool vision and strategy. This role will be responsible for overseeing a strategic and integrated programme across the Exhibitions, Displays and Learning teams. In addition, this role will secure new partners for Tate Liverpool’s touring exhibitions with museums within the UK and worldwide.

In order to succeed in this role, you will have experience of providing senior leadership and strategic development within the context of exhibitions, displays and learning.

You will have excellent project management experience and the ability to create an inclusive and respectful team culture. You must be an excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to build and maintain partnerships with a range of stakeholders locally, nationally, internationally and within Tate.
