Salary:£33,106 per annum 

Location:London - Tate Britain, Millbank

Working in the Advocacy & Events team you will manage events at and for Tate, including, but not limited to, dinners, receptions, private views and breakfasts. Working closely with the Head of Advocacy & Events and the wider team, you will play a key role in the success of each project and your impeccable organisational skills will result in a smooth-running projects that strengthen and broaden Tate’s relationships with individuals and organisations. You will have particular responsibility for the strategic planning of opening exhibition programme.

You will have a proven track record of handling multiple projects at one time and calmly working under pressure and relationship management through events, ideally within an arts environment. You will have an excellent eye for detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.

This position is a temporary contract up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.
