We’re looking for an experienced PA to ensure the smooth-running of the day to day administration surrounding the work of the Director of Development. This is a chance to join one of the most successful fundraising operations in the UK. In this varied role you’ll manage diaries, support meetings and make travel arrangements, as well as getting involved in a variety of projects.

Proven experience in a senior PA role in a busy office is essential. With a flexible approach to work, your strong organisational skills mean that you can work on a number of different tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. You’ll need fast, accurate word processing skills and the ability to work with spreadsheets, databases and other software. An excellent communicator, both in person and in writing, you’ll work well both as part of a team and under your own initiative.
