An enthusiastic Admin Assistant is needed for our retail department at Tate Britain.

A great opportunity has arisen to join the busy Retail team at Tate Britain as an Admin Assistant, working 4 days a week from 9am-1pm.

You will provide administrative support to the busy back office at the Tate Britain Shops, with a focus on office admin tasks, writing rotas, HR and payroll processes and assisting the retail management team.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills, you will have a keen eye for detail and an organised approach to your work load. You will also have great time management skills and have the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines. Computer literacy is essential.

You will have a varied work load and will be part of a dynamic team, so you will need to work well with others and display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
