As part of our Visitor Communications team, this is an opportunity to deliver an effective and efficient administrative support service for our busy Information team at Tate Britain and Tate Modern.
The Information team delivers an information service over a 7 day week across both London sites for visitors and colleagues.
With proven experience of working in an administrative support role, you will have excellent attention to detail when managing spreadsheets, inputting data, and in written communication. You will have a sound understanding of scheduling and information management and will know how to get the best out of our electronic systems.
You will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and will need to be highly organised. You will have the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work accurately and calmly under pressure to tight deadlines.
