Salary:£22,450 per annum 

Location:Tate Britain & Tate Modern

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work in the Learning Department, supporting across both the Interpretation and Early Years and Families Teams.

In this role you will manage the financial and programme administration for both teams, as well as providing event logistical support where necessary. You will support the teams in the overall running and of an exciting and busy programme, working with colleagues committed to creating opportunities for young people to see themselves represented in the gallery.

You will have good experience of financial and diary management and be confident in using Excel. Often the first point of contact for enquiries, you will be confident in sharing information with a range of different people as part of a large team; have strong organisational skills; experience of providing excellent administrative support and be able to prioritise workloads within a busy office environment.
