The Helpdesk Team Member plays a crucial role in supervising and coordinating day-to-day operations within the Helpdesk department. Reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager, the successful applicant will collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth functioning of the helpdesk system, deliver efficient services to all organizational departments, and provide essential documentation and support to users. A self-motivated and friendly demeanour are vital attributes for excelling in this role.

The Helpdesk Team Member role is vital in ensuring a smooth workflow within the Helpdesk department, delivering exceptional services to all organizational members, and maintaining a friendly and helpful atmosphere. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a willingness to take appropriate actions to achieve overall effectiveness and efficiency in the helpdesk operations.


This position is offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
