Our MTS team operates seven days a week, with flexible hours to accommodate our varied programme. As the largest membership scheme of its kind in Europe, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.

As a Membership and Ticketing Services Assistant, you’ll play a key role at our ticket desks and in our contact centre, confidently selling tickets, memberships, and related products. Whether engaging with customers face-to-face, over the phone, or through email, you’ll build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. You’ll be part of a collaborative and friendly team that values sharing ideas and supporting one another.
