We are looking for someone to deliver outstanding loyalty marketing strategies to engage Tate Members, drive gallery attendance, increase revenue and develop lasting engagement with our audiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Membership team at one of the world’s leading art institutions.
This role will be vital to achieving our ambitions to expand Tate’s audiences and deliver sustainable revenue.

Our 140,000+ Members are incredible advocates for Tate, making up a large proportion of our visitors and providing crucial support for our galleries, helping fund exhibitions, new acquisitions and access to the collection.

Tate aims to be an artistically adventurous and culturally inclusive art museum for the world, working across our four galleries (Tate Modern, Tate Britain, Tate Liverpool and Tate St Ives), our digital platforms and our collaborations with national and international partners. At the heart of Tate is our collection of art, which includes British art from the 16th century to the present day, and international modern art from 1900 to the present day.
