Our business is multi-faceted, we run restaurants, cafés and bars while delivering a vast range of events from film premieres to boardroom lunches. We are though much more than that, we have a pioneering roastery setting the agenda on gender equality in the coffee supply chain. We brew beer, we blend gin, we create teas, we have a multi award-winning wine programme, we visit farms, we research and write menus in response to Tate’s diverse programme, and we collaborate with artists and curators.

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and experienced Business Development Manager to join our teams at Tate Modern and Tate Britain! Please note candidates must be over 18 as alcohol is served in all of our outlets.

Our ideal candidate has experience in event or catering sales. They will have corporate knowledge, excellent sales and business development skills, and most importantly be passionate about events, food & beverage, people, teamwork, arts and culture. This individual has a real drive for securing new business, pursuing business development opportunities and is an effective communicator, a relationship builder and someone who is comfortable and confident in their ability to overcome anything that is thrown their way.
