This role will provide administrative support to Head of Programme Delivery and Head of National Partnerships, assisting with the smooth running of the two departments and their activities. The post holder will be responsible for various tasks, including managing office data systems, maintaining and updating departmental database, and supporting with the scheduling and delivery of key programmes.

We are looking for someone with a highly organised approach and a demonstrable ability to prioritise a varied workload. The successful candidate will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach. They will also have excellent IT skills (particularly in Word, Excel, Outlook and video conferencing platforms) and experience of database management and financial management software.
