Our ideal candidate has experience of operating in a large, multi-site, multi-venue setting. They will be the complete Event professional who’s passionate about food & beverage, people, and teamwork. This individual has a meticulous eye for detail that drives the highest operating standards. They are an effective communicator, a relationship builder, someone who is comfortable and confident in their ability to overcome anything that is thrown their way. Our Operations Manager will be a strategic thinker, setting and delivering our operating strategy & business plan to maximise client satisfaction and the departments financial performance.
