The Operations Data and Income team is a critical function within the Development (fundraising) department, supporting data and financial management.
This role will work with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure the accurate recognition and allocation of income streams into the Development department and effective data management in relation to the Divisional Database (Raiser’s Edge). You will ensure that all financial information (income) is correctly captured and processed to audit requirements and act as the first point of contact for income allocation queries. You will support effective data management in the Divisional Database including carrying out data hygiene and cleansing work.
You will have proven experience of accurate processing of data in Raiser’s Edge (or similar database system), and of accurately recording and reconciling income using Excel. Your financial and data competency, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational and time management skills will enable you to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and bring a positive and professional approach to the role.
