We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking security professional, with a people centred approach, who has the ability to foster good relations with our teams and audiences, irrespective of the different communities we serve.

Tate’s Senior Security and Safety Manager will provide expert advice across Tate’s sites, including our Galleries in London, Liverpool and St Ives and our collection storage facilities. With the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships and a commitment to driving a culture of continuous improvement, you will have a passion for problem solving in a fast-paced, dynamic, public environment.

No two days are the same, and as Senior Security and Safety Manager you will work with colleagues across a range of disciplines to deliver unique, ambitious projects which meet our artistic risk-taking ambitions. Safety and security are at the heart of a positive visitor experience, and your input will be integral to the smooth running of gallery operations, welcoming 8 million visitors a year.
