Tate mission is to serve as artistically adventurous and culturally inclusive art museums for the UK and the world. We do this through activities in our four galleries across the UK (Tate Liverpool, Tate St Ives, Tate Britain and Tate Modern), our digital platforms and collaborations with our national and international partners.

The Finance Department is responsible for financial planning, reporting and control for Tate. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and work with one of the leading arts brands in the UK, in a role which gives you good exposure across the business and at a variety of levels.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting management decision making at all levels and ensuring that operational managers are provided with pro-active financial management support to ensure Tate achieves a balanced financial position.

To be successful in this role you will be a qualified accountant, with post qualified experience, who has a track record of providing management reporting and analysis in a sizeable, complex business. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and have the confidence and flexibility to work in a busy, results-focused team and influence at senior levels.
